Did you know that Indians are the highest immigrants of all nationalities in the whole of UAE, Kuwait & Saudi Arabia?
In all of these countries I just mentioned, a good percentage of them are highly placed and doing well in different sectors.
So the question is, how are they able to achieve this? What is the magic wand they are using?
I have been privileged to have a network of very good and amazing Indian friends and I can tell you things that enable them to be super successful in other countries.
Conning down to the medical sector, there are things they are doing that many of us in Africa are not doing and hence, the poor outcome of results Inspite of our intelligence.
We can be better and do better in our Nation and in other Nations (yes a number of Nigerians are really doing well, but the percentage can be significantly higher). However, do we know what it takes apart from Intelligence?
I was invited as the first black man to speak to the largest community of Indians in the UAE and it was simply a phenomenal experience. Great people and amazing community spirit they have.
