HOW TO EARN IN DOLLARS DOING FREELANCE JOBS

I know you are being hit hard by the current economic situation in the country or you simply want to increase your income so as to be able to meet up your daily expenses.
Now you can achieve this via Freelancing. So, what is freelancing? Freelancing is not a new concept but it is, here in our country and to so many people simply because of lack of information.

Freelancing involves carrying out various tasks and getting paid for it. You are not tied to doing jobs for one person or company. It means you offer your services to as many persons as possible and you can also bid for jobs in as many places as possible.
Now the good thing with our digital age is that, the world has become a global village. This means that wherever anyone resides, you can source for whoever you want to do your job for you or conversely, you can do jobs for people wherever they may reside.

Now like I said, freelancing is not a new concept and today, there are so many companies that have set up freelancing businesses to bring clients and service providers together using different models and approaches. It doesn't matter what profession you are in, you can still make lots of money from talents and abilities that you have been neglecting. I heard of a medical doctor in the US, who earns over $1 million dollars monthly doing freelance business on just one site alone. All he does is writing medical articles!
So back to you. There is no reason why you shouldn't consider doing freelance jobs and getting paid in dollars. Why waste time looking for jobs that may be elusive to get.
Shake the dust from off your feet and get into freelancing and you will smile for the rest of your life. The truth of the matter is that, confining yourself to the physical space is limiting yourself and opportunities. There are more opportunities in the digital space than you have in the physical space! Wake up to this reality. There are many people who are quietly earning in dollars doing freelancing jobs right from their homes! If you don't believe this, then you are on your own. It will only work for those who believe.
I will share with you more on this later.
Talk to you soon.

3 REASONS WHY YOU ARE NOT YET A MILLIONAIRE

Today, I want to give you some short tips on the reasons why many people are still struggling and not yet millionaires.
Here are the reasons I came up with.

1. Too Afraid To Take Calculated Risks
Not giving opportunity a chance. Many people are risk averse, and not willing to take up opportunities because of fear of losing money. It's always a better choice to seek out opportunities in whatever form and take it up. Instead of allowing the fear of losing money hold you down from moving ahead financially, I would advise you to have this mentality...

"Take Risks, if you win and become successful in the
process, you will be happy; if you lose, you will have
learnt one way not to lose again"

Learn from your mistakes in opportunities, and you will win the next time. If you don't take risks, you won't be able to learn these success secrets hidden in failure.

2. Not Knowing How To Sell Anything

You see making money is very easy if you know how to sell. If you want to become a millionaire in the nearest
future, master the art of selling. And when it comes to the internet, selling becomes easier. Even a shy person who fears selling can do so seamlessly online. What does it take to become a millionaire selling products? If you can sell a product and make a profit of N10,000 per unit sold, all you need to make a million Naira per month is selling 100 units.

If you can sell 50 units per month, that is N500,000 per month.

If you continue at this pace and do it successfully for 6 - 12 months, you're already a millionaire as you would have netted a total profit of 3 - 6 million
in that period of time. And to sell 50 units of a product per month requires that you build an email list of just 2,000 people and convert only 2.5% of it to buyers. This is very easy to do, if you know what you're doing. Many people can convert up to 7% from the same list in a 3 - 4 month period.

3. Depending On One Source of Income

If you have a salary job, and that is the only source of income for you, you're sitting on a ticking time bomb. If your boss offers you a sack letter, you're income stops immediately. As a wise person, it's always good to have a plan B, and Plan C, if any of your income sources dries up. If you rely on only one income source, your chances of becoming a millionaire is slim to none. It's time to wisen up, and create a secondary revenue channel. Brainstorm on ideas for extra revenue stream.

Here are few options you can consider...

* Write a book and sell

* Try consulting services for what you know how to do

* Learn extra skills while you're still working full time.

* Open a side business, online or offline

* Create services you can offer to people.

You see, as long as you're guilty of any/all of these 3 reasons, becoming a millionaire will be a problem for you. In our current economy, more than ever before, it's now an absolute necessity to have a secondary income stream.

That's my tips for you today. I hope you find it helpful.

SELF-EMPLOYMENT SECRETS REVEALED

The first step in becoming self-employed is to decide what to do. Where do your interests lie and what particular skills and training you had acquired. Many people use this as an opportunity to re-train and do something completely different with their lives. Maybe even take up a niche or service based business.
Another factor is how much money is there available for investment in the start-up, is there finance or support available and how long can you support yourself before you need to make a profit? A franchise can sometimes be a good opportunity at a time like this, as there is already a business plan and corporate strategy in place. The truth is that 80% of new start ups fail in the first two years. 80% of the 20% that make it are franchises, but it is important to take care to choose the right business before you begin to pump your hard earned resources into the pipe. Some of the answers to these questions may well mean that you have to consider reigning in some of your initial enthusiasm, or perhaps they will mean that you have to really work on putting together a solid business plan to justify getting a business loan.
Choosing what to do and how to start, initially involves identifying a particular interest or skill that you have and then deciding how to market that skill. Sometimes listing those skills and then creating a brand for yourself can be an effective way of marketing yourself and your new business. Putting together good quality stationery, by way of flyers, leaflets, business cards, etc can help in promoting yourself as a professional business rather than as a small scale beginner. It can be a worthwhile investment and the process of putting it all together can also help you to clarify your goals and target market.
Be aware of potential scams. Never send off money to pay for a job and check out what you are looking to get involved in. Get advice. Trust your instinct.
Sometimes looking at small companies that may need part-time expertise in your field can be a good way of getting into the market (Fiverr platform recommended), gaining experience and making connections. You may not want or be able to afford full time staff, but a part time option may be an excellent answer to several problems, whilst getting your foot in some doors and introducing yourself to relevant people.
When you are starting to work from home it is important to create a positive environment for yourself. Take yourself seriously and invest in a proper work station. Several things have to be considered and taken into account. A comfortable office chair is an important investment - you will no doubt be spending a lot of time in it, at least at first. Portable office equipment is useful, as it can be stored away when not being used. A filing system is essential, especially if you are working for different companies like myself or on different projects. Active and dedicated telephone access is vital.
Keeping motivated can be a challenge as working on your own or from home can be lonely at times. Structure each day. Have a routine where you get up, have a shower, get ready for work and then aim to start by a certain time. Proper breaks for coffee or lunch are important, and be sure to use these breaks to get some fresh air if possible, so that you get out of the office (home) for a little while.Stop entertaining unprofitable gues during your working hours in your office (home), treat your working hours strictly official, dress always as if you are going to resume official duty somewhere even though your bedroom might be your office. Don’t work on your bed, it’s a cheer sign of laziness.
Use contacts from your business life to keep up-dated in what is going on in the wider business world. Think of making use of networking opportunities by joining some of the business clubs and associations, looking out for conferences and using the internet (social media connections) to let potential clients know about you and what you have to offer.
Self-esteem can sometimes be hard to maintain, especially if you were in a high powered job and are now starting out again from scratch. Appreciate that it can take time to define your new role and the boundaries at first may feel a little unsure or uneasy (You need a practical mentor here to swim the ocean).
Working from home as well as running a home can sometimes become hard to separate and it may be important to get help at first to allow you to concentrate on getting the new venture off the ground. Sometimes a supportive partner if available will seriously help. Other times it may be worth paying someone to help with the domestic chores so that you can really focus on what you need to be doing with your time.

DEVELOPING WEALTH CONSCIOUSNESS

For some time to come we will be looking at core concepts and ideas that can help us make a mind-shift from lack and want thinking to wealthy thinking.
Everything starts in our thoughts. If you look at creation, before God said "let us make man", man existed in His thoughts, so to speak. God had a clear picture of what He wanted to create before He created it. However, He spoke what He had seen on the inside, then He went ahead to do what He needed to do to bring His thoughts into material manifestation. It's all about following principles and we can get predictable results.
Okay, so the first idea (please these are not presented in any sequential order, they are altogether relevant to wealth consciousness development) is this:

#1. Wealth Is Not Money
Okay, am sure you are wondering what that means. Well, it means just what is stated. Wealth is not money. Wealth is actually nothing tangible. It is not something you can touch with your physical hands. What then is wealth, you may ask. Wealth is...

#2. Wealth is Thoughts
Yes, thoughts. Wealth is thoughts. Before you see the physical signs of wealth, wealth is first a perpetual thinking. It's a mindset. It's a consciousness. You cannot think lack and insufficiency and have ideas that can launch you into physical substance. You must "see" wealth, consistently before it "becomes" physical reality.

#3. Being Broke Does Not Mean Being Poor.
Yes, being Broke is a state of your pocket. Being Poor is a state of your mind. Being broke is temporary, but Being poor is permanent! There is nothing wrong to be Broke, but it should be temporary, for awhile. However, Staying broke means that person is poor and poverty is a state of mind. A Broke man only needs to take certain steps and actions and after awhile, you won't see him in that state!
