If a friend picks offence at you for trying to correct him, the question that should readily come to your mind are:
1. "why did d person pick offence?";
2. Was the correction done at the wrong timing?
3. Could the manner in which the correction was being done, a rash one?
4. Could it be that the person perceived the corrector to be unqualified to give the correction?
5. Could it be the person being corrected already has an uncorrectable disposition? Which therefore means the corrector wasn't discerning enough or perhaps didn't see the telltale signs?
We need to rethink these things.
Well even Jesus said even that if a prophet resurrected from dead to go correct people, dem no go hear.
